Aliya Kalzhanovna graduated from Kyzylorda University of the Humanities.Korkyt ata in 1997, Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata in 2002. In 2013, he received an academic degree "Master of Law".
He began his career as a teacher at the Department of Jurisprudence of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda Humanitarian University (1997-1999).
From 1999 to 2005, he was a lecturer at the Department of Jurisprudence and Theory and History of State and Law of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University (since 2006 - senior lecturer).
From 2009 to 2018, he was a senior lecturer at the Department of Jurisprudence.
Since 2021, he has been a senior lecturer at the Department of Jurisprudence of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

Features of the consideration of civil cases involving foreign persons
ADVANCED TRAINING COURSES AND INTERNSHIPS:
1) a seminar organized by the public association "Kyzylorda Regional Consumer Protection Society" on the topic "Legal foundations of civil servants provided by state institutions" within the framework of the project "monitoring of a public employee" of the Department of Internal Policy of the Kyzylorda region in the building of the public association "Kyzylorda Regional Consumer Protection Society", held on November 25, 2014;
2) from March 30 to April 11, 2015 in Almaty, as a student of the Institute of Advanced Training of the Al–Farabi Kazakh National University, a course in the specialty "Theory and History of State and Law" for 72 hours;
3) from February 13 to 24, 2017, the course of the Institute of Advanced Training of the Al–Farabi Kazakh National University in an online format on the topic "interactive teaching methods using the Internet" in the amount of 72 hours;
