Scientific biography:
KozhakulyOteubay was born on April 28, 1954 in the district of Kazaly. He graduated from secondary school № 17 named after G. Muratbaev in 1972, after graduating from school he worked at the state farm named after the 22nd Party Congress in the Kazalinsky district. 1976-1980 studied at the Guryev Pedagogical Institute. After graduating from the institute in the direction of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he worked 1980-1985 as head of the department of the Kyzylorda Regional Museum of History and Local Lore. From 1985 to the present, the Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt-Ata has been operating. On March 25, 1994, he defended his candidate's dissertation at the Almaty State University named after Abai. The scientific adviser is Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Zh. Kasymbaev. On July 11, 1997, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Higher Attestation Commission. He was awarded the title of academic professor at Korkyt-Ata KSU on December 25, 2010. In 2010, on July 3, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Western Kazakhstan University named after M. Utemisuly and on April 11, 2011, he was awarded the Doctor of Historical Sciences by the Higher Attestation Commission.
