The history of the educational program «Electric Power Engineering, Technosphere Safety and Ecology»

The history of the Department dates back to the Department of "Electrical Engineering and automation", created in accordance with the order of the rector of the Kyzylorda Polytechnic Institute named after Y. Zhakayev No 461 dated September 5, 1996. In 1997, the department was reorganized into the Department of "power supply of production facilities", which trains specialists in Occupational Safety Engineering, and in 2000 the specialty of electrical engineer was opened at the Department.
In the 2016-2017 academic year, the Department of "electric power and life safety" was reorganized into the Department of "electric power and life safety" by combining the Educational programs of «Electric Power Engineering, Technosphere Safety and Ecology».
Based on the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors of korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, the name of the Department" Electric Power Industry and life safety "was changed from 01.09.2022 to the staffing table of the university approved on 31.08.2022 to the Department" electric power industry, technospheric safety and ecology".

Gulnar Kudaibergenovna Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University. Graduated in 1990 from the Faculty of "Electric Power Engineering" of the Almaty Institute of Energy and Communications. In 2001 he defended his PhD thesis. 2006-2010 He studied at the doctoral program of the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev in the specialty "Labor protection".

He began his career in 1990 as a laboratory assistant at the Department of Physics and a laboratory assistant at the N. V. Gogol Kyzylorda Pedagogical Institute, then as a teacher, senior lecturer and head of the Department of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University since 2017.

Since then, Sydykova Gulnar Kudaibergenovna has been continuously conducting scientific research in the field of education. More than 60 scientific papers, materials and abstracts of 18 international and republican conferences, 12 patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan for innovative, useful models, 1 textbook for university students, 2 monographs have been published in scientific publications of Kazakhstan and foreign publications.

He completed the internship "Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto" (ISEP) in Portugal under the program of foreign internships for university students of the joint-stock company "National Center for Advanced Training" Orleu" on the topic " Higher Education in Europe (Porto, 31.10-08.11.2017).

2017-2020 "GeKaVoc-participant of the joint German-Kazakh project "transfer technologies of professional and technical training in logistics, mechatronics and sustainable energy supply in Kazakhstan.

Along with teaching at the department, he is a member of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the University, the academic council in the field of engineering, technology and agriculture, the council of the Institute and the scientific and methodological Council.

Korkyt Ata Department of Information System of Economics, From 2005 to 2015-Senior Lecturer of the Department of Electric Power Engineering of Kyzylorda State University on the island, since October 2015-Senior lecturer of the Department of Electric Power Engineering, Technosphere Safety and Ecology of Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata.

T. Taimanov was repeatedly awarded with a letter from the akim of the Kyzylorda region of Alga, the Kyzylorda regional branches of the Nur Otan party and the rector's gratitude for his contribution to the training of a highly qualified specialist, for success in providing high-quality knowledge and contribution to scientific achievements and public work. Winner of the Gold Medal of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University.

Indira Utepbergenovna is a candidate of physical and Mathematical Sciences of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, author of the monograph "The deformed mass of the mass with the use of weapons", the textbook "fundamentals of Information Security", textbooks "mathematical foundations of Cryptology" and "electrical apparatus". He is the copyright holder of two programs:" encryption decryption on computers in the exchange of information "and" coding and decoding software for Information Protection". In 1991, he graduated from the Faculty of automatic control systems of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Automatic Control in production. In 2012, he successfully defended his Ph. D. thesis at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov, where he received a candidate of physical and Mathematical Sciences.

He started his career in 1992 as an electronic engineer at the Department of Higher Mathematics and computer engineering of the Kyzylorda Institute of Engineers of agro-industrial production.From 1993 to 1995 he was a teacher of the Department of Applied Mathematics and computer engineering of the Kyzylorda Polytechnic Institute, from 1995 to 2000 he was a senior lecturer of the Department of Applied Mathematics and computer systems of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University, From 2000 to 2018, he worked as a senior lecturer of the Department of Computer Engineering and information systems of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University, from 2018 to 2020-head of the Department of advanced training and retraining of specialists of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University, since 2021 academic year-senior lecturer of the Department of electric power, technospheric security and ecology.

Abzhalelov Bakhytbek - Associate Professor of the Department of "Electric Energy, Technosphere Safety and Ecology" Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University. In 1998 he graduated from the bachelor's degree of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University. In 2000 he graduated from the magistracy of the Pushchino State University of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In 2003 he defended his Ph.D. thesis and received the degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences.

He began his career in 2003 as a senior lecturer at the Department of Biology, Geography and Ecology, Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University. From 2006-2007 Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, from 2009-2010 Senior Researcher at the Laboratory of Engineering Profile, from 2012-2015 Senior Lecturer at the Department of Chemistry and Ecology, from 2015-2016 Head of the Department of Chemistry and Ecology, from 2016 to 2019 Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Ecology, from 2019-2022 Senior Lecturer of the Department of Engineering Technologies and Ecology, and since September 2022 he has been the Director of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Abzhalelov Bakhytbek has been continuously conducting scientific research in the field of the ecological state of the environment since 1998. As a result of his work, he became the owner of the international scholarship "Bolashak" -2009, the state grant "The best teacher of the university" -2012, the owner of the gold medal of the European Chamber of Industry -2016, the winner of the award of the Foundation of the First President - the Leader of the Nation -2017, medal "Korkyt Ata" - 2017, awarded with a medal for merit in the development of science of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 2019, owner of the badge "Uzdik tülek" - 2019.

Askarova Gulzat Shakirbekovna graduated from E.A.Buketov Karaganda State University in 1992 with a degree in Physics Teacher.

LABOR ACTIVITY.

After graduating from university, she worked as a high school teacher of physics, algebra and geometry. In 1993, she worked as a senior engineer at Ecology and Rational Use of Natural Resources Department of I.Zhakhaev Kyzylorda Institute of Agricultural Engineers.

On September 1, 1993, she was transferred to the teacher’s position at Physics and Electrical Engineering Department. In 1995-1998, she studied at the post-graduate school of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, specialty 03.00.16 – “Ecology”. In 1998-2000, she worked as a junior researcher at the Scientific Research Institute of Environmental Problems at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

From January 2000, he worked as a teacher of the Department of "General Physics" of the Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata.

June 28, 2002 at the dissertation Council D. 14.03.02 at M. H. Dulati Taraz State University usefully defended her candidate's dissertation on the topic: “Study of environmental impacts of non-ferrous metallurgy industries on the basis of electron-beam technology”.

Since January 2005, she has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Biology, Geography and Ecology, conducts classes in Kazakh and Russian. Along with teaching, she takes an active part in conducting educational activities on environmental topics.

In 2013-2017, she conducted elective courses on the topics “Ecology and sustainable development” and “Ecology and green Technology” at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in the field of chemistry-biology, introduced students to the implementation of scientific projects on environmental topics.

In 2016-2017, she conducted an elective course on the topic “Physics and the environment” at the Lyceum school No. 264 Kyzylorda, based on the course program, prepared a scientific project with students on physical problems in ecology.

In the 2018-2019 academic year, from September 3 to September 1, 2021, she was appointed head of the Mathematics and Applied Mechanics Department, successfully organized the work of the department.

In 2021, from September 1 to September 1, 2022, she worked as the director of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, successfully organized the work of the Institute.

Since September 1, 2022, she has been working as a senior lecturer at the Mathematics and Applied Mechanics Department.

At the same time, Askarova G. Sh. is the author of 100 scientific articles, dedicated to the study of environmental problems, as well as a monograph on the topic “Ways to reduce environmental impacts of non-ferrous metallurgy on the basis of electron-beam technology”.

In 2012, he graduated from the Master's degree program of Kyzylorda University.Korkyt Ata under the educational program 6M073100 – "Life safety and environmental protection", in 2020 the doctoral program of the South Kazakhstan University named after M.Auezov under the educational program 7M073100 – "life safety and environmental protection". In 2021, he defended his doctoral dissertation and received the title of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

After graduation, he began his career teaching biology, geography in high school, since 1990 he worked as a teacher at the Kyzylorda Pedagogical Institute, in 1996 as a senior lecturer at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda Humanitarian University, since 1998 as a senior lecturer in the disciplines of "Life safety and labor protection" at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

From 2012-2015 Senior Lecturer of the Department of Chemistry and Ecology, from 2016 to 2020 Senior Lecturer of the Department of Ecology and Chemical Technologies, from 2020-2022 Senior Lecturer of the Department of Engineering Technologies and Ecology, and since September 2022 is a Senior Lecturer of the Department " Electric power industry, technosphere safety and ecology" Kuzhamberdieva Svetlana has been continuously conducting scientific research in the field of the ecological state of the environment since 2000. As a result of her work, she was awarded a letter of thanks from the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is also the owner of the Korkyt Ata gold medal. Zeynegul Aidarovna defended her PhD thesis in 2007, received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences,and in 2011 the academic title of academic associate professor of the Department of Electric Power Engineering, in 2017 the academic title of acting. She started her career in 1997 as a teacher of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation of the Kyzylorda Polytechnic Institute named after Y.Zhakhaeva. From 2001 to 2011 -senior lecturer of the Department of "Electric Power Engineering" of KSU.Korkyt Ata, from 2009 to 2011 -chief methodologist of the Department of "Coordination and Scientific research", and since February 2022-senior lecturer of the Department of "Electric Power and Life Safety". Baymakhanova Zeynegul Aidarovna has been continuously conducting scientific activities in the field of education since 1997. As a result of her work, she was awarded the 75th anniversary medal, the Korkyt Ata Gold Medal for her significant contribution to the development of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University.
