The history of the educational program «Agricultural technologies»

Due to the increase in the volume of irrigated arable land in the Kyzylorda region, the renewal of the machine and tractor fleet, the increase in the intensity of agricultural structures, there was a need for highly qualified hydraulic engineers, mechanical engineers, civil engineers, highly qualified specialists for the organization and management of such works, the issues of their training on the ground were raised. In this regard, to train engineering specialists in technical specialties in the Kyzylorda region and western regions of Kazakhstan, on July 13, 1976, by order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the USSR No. 136, a branch of the Zhambyl Hydro-Reclamation Construction Institute was opened in the city of Kyzylorda, which allowed many young people to get a quality education and become specialists with higher education.

At first, the educational process was conducted in two buildings, according to the schedule of classes by teachers of the departments "General Mathematics and physics", "Social disciplines", "General technical disciplines", among which Ph.D. O. Ziyachanov, Ph.D. A. I. Ibragimov, A. A. Zhumadildaev, Ph.D. G. R. Kim, Ph.D. R. A. Ten, L. T. Tashimov, T. U. Iskakov, etc. Due to the new establishment of the educational institution, the academic buildings were very old, and there was practically no material and technical base. In 1978, the Faculty of General Engineering was opened, the first dean of which was appointed T. U. Iskakov. In 1979, the Department of "Construction and reclamation machines" specialty 1514-"mechanization of hydro-reclamation works" was established (head of the department Ten R. A.), teachers of this department painstakingly worked on the development of future mechanical engineers of the main special disciplines and the completion of the thesis, becoming their engineers and became the basis Educational programs of «Agricultural technologies»

On April 1, 1980, the Faculty of "special Disciplines" was opened, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Nurseitov Sh. Sh. was appointed to the position of dean.

In 1981, 46 students graduated from the specialty 1514-mechanization of hydro-reclamation works, accepted in 1977 at the opening of the branch, and were employed in farms in the specialties.

In July 1982, the branch in Kyzylorda of the Zhambyl Hydro-reclamation and Construction Institute graduated the second stream of engineers from 136 young specialists, 46 of them qualified as a mechanical engineer in the specialty 1514-mechanization of hydro-reclamation works. In the direction of the Ministry of Water Resources of the USSR, one end got a job from the Komvodstroy institution in Syktyvkar, and the other-in institutions on Sakhalin Island. During the visit, guys were impressed by the high qualifications, knowledge, local specialists, were highly valued, served well and respected in the teams.

In 1984, on the basis of the department " Construction and Reclamation machines ", the department " Operation and repair of machines" was established, the head of the department was appointed Ph.D., Associate Professor R. A. Ten, the head of the department " Construction and reclamation machines " B. T. Temirov. In 1985, due to the growing number of students, the special faculty of the educational institution was divided into three parts: the faculty of "mechanization of hydro-reclamation works" (Dean S. T. Abdrakhmanov), as part of " construction and reclamation machines" (head B. T. Temirov),"operation and repair of machines" (Head Ph.D. (associate professor R. A. Ten) and "theoretical mechanics" (Head of Ph.D. S. Seitzhanov), "Physics and Electrical Engineering" (Head A. T. Sudeibayev). In 1988, the departments of "Construction and Reclamation machines " and "Operation and repair of machines " were merged into the Department of "Mechanization of Reclamation works", the head of the department was approved Ph.D., Associate Professor R. A. Ten, and in 1990 the head of the department was appointed Tishikbayev B. E. In 1991, the faculty of "Mechanization of hydro-reclamation works" was transformed into the Faculty of "Mechanization of Agriculture". In 1993, the department of "Mechanization of reclamation works" was divided into the departments of "Operation of the machine and tractor park" (Head of the department Tindikbaev B. E.) and "Agricultural and reclamation machines" (head of the department Ondbaev Zh. Zh.), in 1998 the department of "Canning Technology" was included in the faculty. In the 1999-2000 academic year, in connection with the merger of the two faculties, the Faculty of Engineering and Economics was established, B. S. Nurmukhamed was appointed as dean. In the 2000-2001 academic year, it was renamed the Faculty of "Agriculture and Technologies", as part of "operation of the machine and tractor fleet" (Head of the Department, Ph.D. E. N.Isaac) "organization of traffic and operation of transport " (Head of the Department, Ph.D., Associate Professor M. S. Tobashov)," technology of agricultural production " (Head of the Department of Ph.D. I. A. Tautenov) and " General Physics" (Head of the Department of Ph.D. P. I. Saparkhodzhaev). This academic year, the department of "agricultural and reclamation machines" was renamed "organization of traffic and operation of transport". From 2003 to 2005 "operation of the machine and tractor fleet"

The department was headed by Candidate of Technical Sciences E.T. Kadar, and from 2005 to 2012 - Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor S. Z. Rakhmatov.

The department "Organization of traffic and operation of transport " from 2008 to 2012 was headed by Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Koptileuov B. Zh. The Department "Technology of agricultural production" from 2011 to 2014 was headed by Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor Toktamysov A.M.

In the 2012-2013 academic year, in order to optimize the structure of the university, the departments "Operation of the machine and tractor fleet" and "Organization of traffic and operation of transport" were created, Ph.D. S. M. Akhanov was appointed head of the department. In the 2013-2014 academic year , the department was headed by K. I. Kalenov , PhD .

In the 2014-2015 academic year, Isaak E. N. was appointed Head of the Department, Ph.D. in Agricultural Production Technology in the 2014-2015 academic year was supervised by Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor Toktamysov A.M., then Ph.D. Baizhanova B. K.

In August 2015, the Department of "Agricultural Technologies" was established at the University as a result of the optimization of structural divisions and the unification of the departments of "Agroengineering and Operation of Transport" and "Technology of agricultural production". The first head of the department was appointed Ph.D. Isaac E. N. As part of the department 6b07159-transport machinery and technology, 6B08773-agricultural machinery and technology, 6B11380-operation of transport and organization of movement and transportation of goods, 7M08573-agricultural machinery and technology, 6B08171-Agronomy, 7M08171-Agronomy, 8D08171-Agronomy, 6B08272-technology of livestock production, 6B07260-Technology of food products prepared by specialty.

In the 2015-2016 academic year, 4 doctors of sciences, 11 candidates of sciences, 2 PhD doctors, 7 Masters of Sciences, 1 teacher conducted educational activities at the department.

In the 2015-2016 academic year, 49 graduates graduated, including in the specialty 5B080100-Agronomy – 18, in the specialty 5B080100-technology of livestock production – 8, in the specialty 5B080600-agricultural machinery and technology – 10, in the specialty 5B090100-operation of transport, organization of movement and transportation of goods-13 graduates. Also, 8 students graduated from the master's degree, 2 from the doctoral program.

In the 2019-2020 academic year, the Department of Agricultural Technologies was headed by Ph.D., Associate Professor B. J. Koptileuov.

Since the 2021-2022 academic year, the head of the educational program, PhD Bekzhanov Serik Zholdakhmetovich.

Achievements of educational programs:

On December 28, 2015, a graduate of the doctoral program of the University Nurgaliyev N.S. defended his dissertation at the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin for a PhD degree in the specialty 6D080100-"Agronomy" on the topic "scientific justification of the cultivation of African millet in order to diversify rice crop rotations of the Aral region".

On December 21, 2016, the teacher Nurzhan D. Zh. defended his doctoral dissertation at the Kazakh National Agrarian University in the specialty 6M080600-agricultural machinery and technology on the topic "justification of parameters and modes of operation of a long-wheel grinding machine used in rice fields" and received a PhD degree.

On December 28, 2016, a graduate of the doctoral program of the University Bekzhanov S. Zh. at the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seyfullin defended his doctoral dissertation on specialty 6M080100-Agronomy on the topic "Development of technology for cultivating sorghum (sorghum) on saline soils of rice systems of the Aral Sea region" and became a PhD.

According to the results of the republican competition for the best research work of students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2017, a student of the AGR-14-1 study group Moldir Abdreyim took 3rd place, students of the ATT-14-1 study group Nurdaulet Bashirbay, Turkik Asilbekkyzy took 3rd place. According to the results of the republican competition for the best research work of students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2019, a student of the ATT-17-1 study group Navruzov Zhakhongir Mansurovich took 3rd place.

Laura Anuarkyzy Tokhetova graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences in 1996 with a degree in Chemistry and Biology from the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University. In 2001 she received the degree of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, and in 2009 - the degree of Doctor of Agricultural Sciences. By the decision of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2007, she was awarded the academic title of associate professor in the specialty "Agronomy" and in 2022 - the title of professor. Winner of the title of "Best University Teacher" in 2022.

She began her career as a teacher at the Department of Biology and Ecology of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University (1996)

1998-2001. She was a full-time Kazakh Research Institute of Agriculture postgraduate student named after V. R. Williams in Almaty.

In 2001, he was a researcher at the Department of Grain and Fodder Crops Breeding at the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture named after V. R. Williams.

From 2001-2010 - a junior, senior, leading, chief employee of the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Rice Growing named after I. Zhakhaev.

2010-2014 - Head of the department "Agrotechnology" of the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Rice Growing named after I.Zhakhaev.

In 2014-2015 - Deputy Director for Scientific Work of the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Rice Growing named after I. Zhakhaev.

2015-2019 - Head of the Department "Breeding and seed production of fodder crops" of the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Rice Growing named after I.Zhakhaev.

Since 2019, Professor of the Department of "Agricultural Technologies " at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

On July 11, 2015, at the general meeting of members of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she was elected a corresponding member of the Academy.

2013-2016 - coordinator of the project on Breeding and seed production of grain crops of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the budget program 212 "Scientific research and activities in the field of agriculture and environmental management".

From 1978 to 1993, he worked as a Turner, engineer-technologist at the Kyzylorda repair and mechanical plant.

From 1993 to 1998, he was a teacher, head of the Department at the Kyzylorda Transport Technical School

From 1998 to the present day, he works as a teacher, chief methodologist, head of the Registrar's office, head of the Department, Associate Professor of the Department at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

Baizhanova Bibigul Kuanyshbekovna graduated from secondary school No. 1 named after May (now named after Kaltai Mukhamedzhanov) in the city of Kyzylorda in 1981.

In 1982 she entered the Faculty of Biology of the Kazakh State University named after S. M. Kirov. Almaty. (now Al-Farabi Kazakh National University) and graduated in 1987.

In 1987-1992 he worked as a teacher of chemistry, biology, geography at secondary school No. 9, 136 city of Kyzylorda.

In 1992, she got a job at the Department of Agricultural Production Technology of the Kyzylorda Institute of Agro-Industrial Complex Engineers named after Ybyray Zhakhaev as an assistant teacher.

In the period from 1993 to 1996, she entered and graduated from the postgraduate course of the Kyzylorda Institute of Agro-Industrial Complex Engineers named after Ybyray Zhakhaev, specializing in Melioration and Irrigated Agriculture.

In 1996, she got a job as a teacher at the Department of Agricultural Production Technology at the Kyzylorda Institute of Agro-Industrial Complex Engineers named after Ybyray Zhakhaev.

In 1999, by decision of the Academic Council of the Scientific Research Institute "Forage and Pastures" in Almaty, she defended her thesis on the topic "Technology of surface and radical improvement of hayfields and pastures in the conditions of the Aral Sea region." And she was awarded the degree of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences. Since this year, she worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Technology at the Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt Ata and served as deputy dean of the faculty for scientific issues.

In the 2014-2015 academic year, she held the position of head of the department "Technology of agricultural production".

In 2016 - Senior Lecturer at the Department of Agrarian Technologies.

In the 2021-2023 academic year, he is an associate professor at the Department of Agrarian Technologies at Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt Ata.

Since 2021, he has been the head of the department at Y. Zhakhaev Kazakh Research Institute of rice farming LLP.
