"Abyroy" school

Youth is the country's main strategic resource. Therefore, in the civil service, great importance is attached to the development of young people as qualified specialists.

In the current digital age, government agencies are interested in fresh perspectives, creative ideas, and highly effective work and, accordingly, are focused on attracting young initiative people to the process of socio-political development of the country.

Attracting young people to public service is one of the most important tasks that allows us to solve many problems of government organizations. Rejuvenation of the aging staff, the introduction of new approaches into the public administration system, a fresh look at professional activity, high motivation for change – this is not a complete list of the opportunities that open up thanks to the hiring of young people.

On November 11, 2020, the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Kyzylorda region and the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University signed a Memorandum on the establishment of a "School of Public Service" in order to attract talented youth to public service who are ready to make the country's future bright. During this memorandum, the Abyroy School of Public Administration was established within the university and a special auditorium was opened, equipped with the necessary equipment in the main building of the university. Zhasulan Kanibaevich Shintasov, head of the Civil Service Department, oversees the school.

Within the framework of the School of Public Service "Abyroy", explanatory work was carried out among 4th-year students of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, the name and emblem of the civil servant school were selected and approved.

75 graduates graduated from the School of Young Civil Servants "Abyroy", currently 26 students are studying.

The School of Public Service "Abyroy" project is a project aimed at familiarizing and familiarizing young civil servants with public service through interactive discussions and trainings.
