Expected results
It is planned to conduct fundamental work for the ecological assessment of the spatio-temporal characteristics of biodiversity through stationary and periodic observations of the population structure, features of nesting sites and feeding grounds, seasonality of location, species richness and diversity of birds of prey (Falconiformes) of the city of Kyzylorda
As part of the implementation of this Project, it is planned to conduct comprehensive ornithological studies in the territory of poorly studied areas (the left bank of the Syr Darya River, the backwater part, the periphery) to obtain reliable data on the species composition, the population size of birds of prey in the city of Kyzylorda.
Based on the results of the conducted research, it is planned to publish at least 2 (two) articles and (or) reviews in journals from the first three quartiles of the impact factor in the Web of Science database or having a CiteScore percentile in the Scopus database of at least 50.
The obtained results of the project are planned to be used in the creation of the GIS "Biodiversity of the Kyzylorda Region" as a source for inventory and monitoring of the regional avifauna of the Aral Sea region.
