Kazakh universities have united in order to train effective personnel for the civil service

Today, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a ceremony of signing a Memorandum of cooperation with Kazakh universities that conduct master's and doctoral studies in the areas of "Public Administration", "State and Local Administration", "Human Resource Management".

"Currently, more than 30 universities in our country are training specialists in the field of public administration. As part of the execution of the instructions of the Head of State, together with the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is necessary to update the educational program in this direction. As part of the joint work, our undergraduates and doctoral students will be engaged in applied scientific research in the field of public service and HR," Minister Sayasat Nurbek said.

Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University Zhandos Bazartai took part in the signing ceremony of the memorandum by the university.

In the future, within the framework of the memorandum, it is planned to conduct joint research, jointly develop and implement educational programs, and create a pool of experts in the field of public administration and HR.

After signing the document, the parties discussed the prepared roadmap for the activities carried out within the framework of the Memorandum. Now doctoral students and undergraduates of universities have the opportunity to practice and train in government agencies.
