The positive impact of professional certification

The passage of professional certification by students is an important indicator of the level of knowledge and skills, professional competence of university graduates. Professional certification improves the quality of education and promotes the employment of university graduates.

Students of 3-4 courses of the educational program 6B07155 - Electric Power (power supply) of the department "Electric Power, Technosphere safety and Ecology" have passed professional certification in Kazakhenergoexpertiza-Kyzylorda LLP.

After completing 72 hours of training on the course "Electrical Safety", the students were certified for the qualification of "Electrician of group III".

The course was conducted by Honored Power Engineer of the CIS countries, expert of Kazakhenergosaraptama-Kyzylorda LLP, auditor Meirambai Akhmetov.

Topics discussed during the course:

- Compliance with safety measures during operation of electrical equipment;

- Compliance with safety measures when disconnecting and switching on electrical devices;

- Use of means of dielectric protection;

- Grounding of electrical appliances;

- Operating modes of electrical equipment;

- The effect of electricity on the human body;

- Organization of work with electrical equipment and application of technical measures

A professional certificate proves that the qualifications of university graduates have been evaluated and approved by a professional organization. Certification has a positive effect on the employment of students, so the need of students for professional certification is growing from year to year.
