Dias Moldabekov became the bronze medalist of the Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan

A student of the Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University, Dias Moldabekov, won a bronze medal at the WKF Karate-do Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

421 athletes from almost 20 teams from different regions of the country took part in the competitions held in Astana. The main goal and objective of the competition is to popularize the sport of WKF Karate-do through the mass development of the country and improving the sportsmanship of athletes.

Diaz competed in the -75 kg weight category and showed a high result. The athlete became a prize-winner of various competitions and glorified the university.

It should be noted that the athletes who won gold medals at the tournament received a direct ticket to the World Championship.
