In Kyzylorda, scientists discussed the development of seed production

The Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University hosted a round table with the participation of foreign investors on the topic "Development of seed production in the Kyzylorda region".

Scientists familiarized with research works on seed breeding, innovative technologies in the field of agriculture.

The meeting was attended by Sergey Brazhko, Financial Director of the Vostok Business Group, Vladimir Dudchenko, Director of the Institute of Agrarian Innovations, and Viktor Kabanets, Director of the Northeastern Institute of Agriculture.

At the meeting, Associate Professor of the Department of Agricultural Technologies, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Ibadulla Tautenov spoke about the peculiarities of cultivating crops in the conditions of irrigated agriculture of the Kyzylorda region.

Also, Professor of the Department "Water Resources and Land Management", Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serikbai Umirzakov, Chairman of the Board of LLP "Kazakh Research Institute of Rice Growing named after Y.Zhakaeva", Candidate of Agricultural Sciences Samalbek Kosanov focused on issues and solutions in the field of agriculture in the region.

It is worth noting that the head of the Department of Botany and Plant Protection of the Kherson State Agrarian and Economic University, Elena Markovskaya, proposed to conclude a memorandum on strengthening partnership relations with the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.
