Kaztest certificates converted to electronic format

​From 2023, the issuance of KAZTEST certificates will be carried out in electronic format through the website of the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan certificate.testcenter.kz 

The electronic certificate of KAZTEST will contain the recipient's data, the points scored, the expiration date and a QR code, by scanning which you can verify the authenticity of the document.

​"Previously, a certificate confirming proficiency in the state language according to the KAZTEST system was issued in paper format. Now applicants for doctoral studies, applicants of the Bolashak program and others will receive KAZTEST certificates in electronic format. However, it is worth noting that paper certificates that have not expired remain valid," said Ruslan Emelbayev, Director of the NTC.

Applications for participation in certification testing are accepted from applicants for doctoral studies, applicants of the Bolashak program, candidates for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, applicants to the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other willing individuals. This contingent of persons must confirm the KAZTEST level not lower than B1 (Average).

It should be noted that KAZTEST is a national system for assessing the level of proficiency in the Kazakh language in accordance with the principles and requirements of international systems for assessing the level of language competencies.
