Interaction of universities and employers in the process of training and employment of young professionals

The Department of "Electric Power and Life Safety" organized a round table "Interaction of universities and employers in the process of training and employment of young professionals." The meeting was attended by students of the graduate study group on the educational program 6B07155 – "Electric Power Industry" and representatives of employers from production sites.

Chief Expert of "Kazakhenergosaraptama-Kyzylorda" LLP – expert Meirambek Akhmetov, Deputy Chief Engineer of JSC "Kyzylorda Distribution Electric Grid Company", Head of the Department of  Labor Protection and supervision of equipment щperation Seytaskar Baktybayev, Head of the Department of the electric workshop of the State Enterprise "Kyzylordateploelectrocenter" Torehan Saparov, inspector of the I degree of the Department of Labor Safety and Environmental Protection of JSC "PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Service" Tabynbay Torebek, Electrical engineer of the gas turbine power plants of JSC "Crystal Management" Asylbek Baltekov, Deputy head of the electric workshop of "Kumkol-Service" LLP and through the ZOOM platform Nurgazy Aitylesov, Professor of the South Ural State Agrarian University, Doctor of Economics, Saken Sheryazov, told future young specialists about the subtleties, hobbies and difficulties of the profession.

During the meeting, representatives of the State Enterprise "Kyzylordateploelectrocenter" and JSC "Kyzylorda Electric Grid Distribution Company" proposed to include the following disciplines in the working curriculum of the educational program "Electric Power Industry" in connection with the increasing needs in the field of professional activity of the electric power industry:

- Modern electrical networks;

- Information technologies in the electric power industry

- Innovative electrical equipment
