Kazakh values: a look at modernity

A round table with the participation of young scientists was held at Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University. During the meeting, Kazakh national values, their history and modern use were discussed. 

Several important topics, like: "The place of traditional values in the modern family," "Kazakh values in the context of archaeology," and "Soviet modernization and the displacement of traditions" were discussed at the round table. 

The scientists examined the question of the balance between the preservation and renewal of traditional values and analyzed the continuity between the past and the present. They talked about the changed traditions, noted the peculiarities of national values that have been kept to this day.

The event was attended by Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists, Associate Professor Nurgali Akylbekov, Professor of Philosophy and Social and Humanitarian disciplines Makpal Syzdykova, employee of the Scientific Center "Archeology and Ethnography" Zhetesbi Sultanzhanov, associate professor of the educational program "History and Archeology" Talgat Zholdasovich, teacher of the educational program "Pedagogy, Psychology and Methods of Primary Education" Ayan Akhmetova and the teachers.

The round table facilitated the exchange of views between scientists to study Kazakh national values and harmonize the requirements of modern society. In addition, it paved the way for the development of research and scientific discussions and became the basis for negotiations aimed at solving important problems in society.
