Student ombudsman of Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University - Gani Kuanyshbekov

The purpose of the Student Ombudsman is to protect the rights and interests of students, as well as to promote the creation of a favorable educational environment.

Responsibilities:

- Identification of a conscientious and responsible candidate capable of working in the field of student rights protection;

- Strengthening ties and trust between students and the university administration;

- Improving the quality of student life and participating in solving various socio-cultural problems.

Activity:

 - Protection of the rights and interests of students.

 - Resolution of disputes between students and the university administration, teachers.

 - Advising students on legal and academic issues.

 - Consideration of complaints and appeals, ensuring their fair resolution.

 - Study of cases of injustice, discrimination or oppression at the university.

 - Making proposals to the university management to solve students' problems.

 - Dissemination of information about the rights and opportunities of students.

 - Handling all complaints with confidentiality.

 - Ensuring that the university's internal regulations are fair to students.

 - Supporting students on academic and social issues.
