The TECHNOWOMEN KYZYLORDA: KEYS TO SUCCESS regional forum was held

Students' Palace of Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University hosted the TECHNOWOMEN KYZYLORDA: KEYS TO SUCCESS regional forum. The forum was organized by the non-profit organization “TechnoWomen”, the National Commission for Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the USAID project for the development of entrepreneurship and the business environment and the Ministries of Science and Higher Education, Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

The event aims to organize inspiring workshops and educational trainings aimed at attracting women to the technology industry, informing women entrepreneurs about digital transformation and e-commerce, as well as the startup movement.

When speaking at the opening speech of the forum, Aziza Shuzheeva, Chairman of the Board of "TechnoWomen" organization, founder of the "Digital Transformation" Public Foundation, said: "Today we will talk about new opportunities, new innovations and technologies. We urge the women participants of the forum not to be afraid to be the first, to be active in promoting new ideas."  Further, Board member – Vice-rector for Academic Affairs of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University Abdrasheva Dana Meiramqyzy thanked the forum participants and speakers for visiting and gave details about the basic capabilities of the educational institution in the field of IT.

Among the speakers were Professor of Seoul National University of Science and Technology, director of the LUPIC project Jesu Kim, who spoke about artificial intelligence for young people, along with him, CEO and founder of the IT company MacDent LLP Makpal Orazovna explained the ways to create a successful startup.

In turn, the speech of the head of the Center for Women's Leadership and Entrepreneurship of the Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University Gulzira Bekkalieva was aimed at developing women's leadership skills.

Also, members of the Board of "TechnoWomen" organization Bikesh Kurmangalieva conducted an overview of future specialties in the field of artificial intelligence, Alua Korpebayeva explained with examples the steps necessary to start a business. Nurgul Beksultanova, a member of the organization, founder of "FORTENUR CONSULTING", advised on financial literacy issues.

Director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University Nurlan Kulmurzaev and Head of the business incubator Kyzylorda Hub  Zhanarys Tubekbayev was also among the speakers and shared interesting and useful information.

At the forum, along with insightful information and necessary advice, a game of questions and answers was played among the participants, and gifts were presented.
