Professor Oteubay Kozhakuly is 70 years old

A ceremonial meeting of the council of the Humanitarian and Pedagogical Institute, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Uteubay Kozhakuly, was held at the Mustafa Shokai Scientific Center of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

The meeting was chaired by the Director of the Institute, PhD in History, Associate Professor Taiman Sagat Tamshybayuly. The welcoming speech was delivered by the Chairman of the Board - Rector of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, PhD in Philology Karimova Beibitkul Sarsemkhanovna, who also noted the fruitful work of the professor-scientist in the educational institution and significant achievements in scientific and pedagogical activity. Emphasizing that pedagogical activity is inextricably linked with science, she summarized: "Today, Oteubay Kozhakuly is an exemplary teacher, an outstanding scientist who contributes to the new education and upbringing of the younger generation of the 21st century." Also, welcoming speeches were delivered by public and government figure, Professor Murat Baktiyaruly, Professor of the educational program "History and Archeology", Doctor of Historical Sciences. Tastanbek Yakhyauli, head of the regional education department Askarbek Eszhanov and deputy akim of the Kazaly region, the birthplace of the hero of the day Dauren Tleumbetov.

Representatives of the universities of the region, the regional universal scientific library, the archive and school principals came to congratulate the Recognized professor-teacher on the anniversary. The best wishes were expressed by the heads and students of the educational program "Humanitarian and pedagogical education". At the end of the Ceremonial meeting, the professor-scientist was thanked and presented with a traditional national shapan.
