Work is underway to update the educational programs of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University

Kyzylorda university named after Korkyt Ata trains specialists in 66 Bachelor's, 34 master's and 13 doctoral programs.

In the 2023-2024 academic year, the group of educational programs "B068 - production of food products" submitted an application for registration of a new educational program (register) with the name "6b07204-Food Chemistry". Currently, this educational program is undergoing examination.

In order to update the educational programs, work was carried out to combine or replace the academic disciplines of The Bachelor's degree with a new one. In addition, in accordance with the protocol order of the meeting of the RSE of the Ministry of Science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2023, the discipline "fundamentals of financial literacy" was included in the working curriculum of educational programs with 3 credits, and the method of mastering information on the use of artificial intelligence in the form of a module was approved and decided on the working program of the discipline "information and communication technologies". 

In this direction, the heads and developers of educational programs, taking into account the proposals of regional employers, carried out a comprehensive analysis and analysis, as a result of which the working, curricula of educational programs are reorganized and an application is submitted for updating to the Register of educational programs.
