Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University to increase cooperation with European Union member states

Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University held a meeting with the ambassadors of 17 member states of the European Union to Kazakhstan.

Deputy Minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Roman Vasilenko said: "Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University is an educational institution with an 85 - year history. It offers 66 undergraduate education programs to students. 34 master's programs are being implemented. It has 125 international partners in 30 countries. The university continues to develop in accordance with international standards. I am confident that today's meeting will increase the cooperation of the university with the member states of the European Union in the field of Education."

Ambassador of the European Union to Kazakhstan Jankauskas Kestutis, Ambassador of Switzerland to Kazakhstan Salmon Bal spoke at the end of the meeting and expressed support for further cooperation with the university, improving the education of students and teachers.

Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University aims to cooperate with the member states of the European Union in the future development of the university, increasing intellectual capital, increasing investment potential, training personnel in the field of agricultural technologies of Kyzylorda region, ecology, agro-industrial complex, water resources and others.
