Traditional art - heritage of the nation

A master class was held in the House of zhyrau by the Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, professor, holder of the order "Parasat", honorary citizen of Kyzylorda region, Zhyrau Almas Almatov. The meeting discussed the current and topical issues of the Zhyrau tradition of the Syrdarya region.

"The master class was attended by Naku Mirmanov, Director of the Institute of Pedagogy and Traditional Arts at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University; Makpal Shakirova, Head of the Educational Program in Traditional Music and Choreography; and senior lecturers Ruslan Akhmetov, Sholpan Bimbetova, Mayra Sarsenbaeva, Akmaral Nogaybaeva, and Marat Sugirbay.

Experts in the field of arts expressed their views and shared their thoughts on traditional arts.

At the conclusion of the event, Makpal Shakirova, who has been making significant contributions in this field, was awarded a letter of appreciation from the regional philharmonic."
