Guides are being prepared among the students

Kyzylorda region is one of the regions rich in historical monuments in the country. The list of sacred objects of Kazakhstan includes 12 monuments from this region. Among them are the cities of Syganak, Zhankent, Shyryk-Rabat, Zhent, which have experienced some dark times and are of historical importance. At the same time, there are many ancient buildings in the city that tell about history. This is due to the fact that guides who know the culture, traditions and history of the Kazakh people are one of the employees who make the first impression on visitors.

At the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, a training seminar for the training of guides among students was held. The purpose of the training is to get acquainted with tourist attractions in the region and improve the quality of professionalism. Guests and tourists coming to the Syrdarya region are working to improve the skills of guides.

In turn, the seminar was attended by a senior student who speaks Kazakh, Russian, Turkish and English. The main goal of the training is that in the future it is planned to register them in the unified Republican list as professional guides. To improve their knowledge, the participants received training from the head of the Museum of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, Master of hotel business and Tourism Management, a specialist with more than 10 years of experience in the field of Tourism Yrza Bekzat. She visited ancient objects in the region, got acquainted with their history for almost a century, and learned a lot about museums and buildings within the walls of the university. As a result of the training seminar, work was carried out to provide high-quality information about tourist facilities in the region, develop human resources in the tourism industry, plan routes correctly and improve the quality of this service.

Taking part in each seminar, the student selected the most important tourist objects of Kyzylorda and learned how to present them professionally. 
As a result of the training seminar, a team of guides and guides was formed and the participants were awarded special certificates. In the future, the training of professional guides for students will continue.
