Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University strengthens international ties with South Korea

A memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed between Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University and Sahmyook Health University.

Within the framework of the Memorandum, an agreement was signed on joint work in the field of education and science, strategic development.

The official meeting was attended by Vice-Rector for social and educational work of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University Zhandos Bazartai, President of Sahmyook Health University Joo-Hee Park and the Corps of Vice-rectors.

SAHMYOOK HEALTH UNIVERSITY is a professional university in Seoul, South Korea that trains specialists in specialized areas. The material and technical base, teaching staff and training specialists are in demand. The educational institution has 1500 students and 6 faculties.

Agreed directions:

- The specialty of social work is prepared at both universities. It is taught in several directions. In the future, there are many opportunities for exchange of experience. The way was opened for the preparation of joint educational programs, sending teachers and students to each other within the framework of the academic mobility program;

- The specialty of cosmetology is well developed and professionally trained in Korea. Opportunities were opened to study the opening of this specialty at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, to organize short-term courses with the invitation of specialists from Korea.

In addition, the field of nursing, IT in medicine, stomotology is also taught at this university.
