"Vigor and health – 2024" determined the results of the Spartakiad

The sports contest "Vigor and Health - 2024" was held at the Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University. This event has become a good and useful tradition, which is popular with university staff.  Traditionally, the Spartakiad was held in the Seyhun Sports and recreation complex from January 4 to 11.

The main task of the Spartakiad is the development of mass sports and physical culture and wellness activities, the popularization of a healthy lifestyle and the consolidation of the university's workforce.  More than 300 faculty and staff of the university took part in the sports event.

The award ceremony of the winners of the tournament was attended by Vice-rector for Social and Educational Work - Zhandos Bazartai, Сhairman of the university trade union organization - Aitzhan Orazbakov, who noted that the Spartakiad has become a good tradition, where the university staff participates on a regular basis, demonstrating an example of cohesion. The Spartakiad includes many different competitions such as chess, table tennis, swimming, air rifle shooting, togyzkumalak, volleyball, futsal, tug of war.

II place - Institute of Pedagogy and Traditional Art

III place - Institute of Engineering and Technology

The winners were awarded a special cup, diplomas and awards of the university's trade union committee, as well as the best players of the teams.
