INNOFEST: educational grant awarded to the winners of the innovative project

A two-day Inno.Fest Qyzylorda festival of innovative projects was held in Kyzylorda with the support of the Аkim of the region, the Information Technology Center and the business incubator "Kyzylorda Hub" of the Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University.  About 2,500 participants and about 250 teams took part in the competition.

In addition to the youth of the region, participants from Astana, Turkestan, Baikonur came to the festival and defended the project in the areas of "SmartCity", "Content&Design", "Cinema &Video".

Inno.Fest Qyzylorda is an important event to highlight the idea of talented youth and support the implementation of new social projects. The participants developed about 250 projects in 24 hours.

At the festival, 3 participants whose projects were recognized as the best received a grant from the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University. They can receive free education in their desired specialty if they score threshold points on the Unified National Testing. The certificate was presented to the winners by a member of the Board, Vice–Rector for Science and International Relations Mainur Buribayeva.

The participants presented several projects at the competition: a digital lesson plan, phone scams, smart tourism, and a talking alphabet.

Within the framework of the festival, 9 projects were recognized as the best. They were awarded financial rewards with a total prize fund of 3 million tenge.

It should be noted that this year the festival was held for the fourth time. During this time, about 9 thousand participants have registered and presented their projects.
